Frenectomies

WARNING: If you are not a sister, you may not want this much information!!

Mason and Mallory had Frenectonies today. They both have 6 stitches under their upper lips. Their frenulums were too thick. Their front teeth would have come right back apart after their braces were removed if we had not done this procedure.

Mallory also had to have a tooth pulled that has no permanent tooth under it. It was blocking the permanent tooth next to it from coming in. It was quite difficult to remove and a piece of the root stayed behind and had to be dug out. The hole it left is much bigger than it looks like in the picture. We will have to hold that space open until she has a full grown mouth and can have a dental implant.

Baby Toby

We think we have decided on Toby! Here are his sono's from today. As small as I am, he is measuring 5 days ahead (2.06 pounds!)

This is a video of the 4D sono, but the little toot would not cooperate! He had his hands in front of his face the whole time! It's really hard to make out, but the far left is his head or cheek, and then you can see his little hands moving in front of his face. Pretty amazing!
