Kayaking and Fishing

A wonderful friend of Lane's surprised Jake with a fishing trip to Spring Lake in Irion County. Jake had gone to Lonnie's house down the street so Lonnie could help him with one of his fishing rods. Lonnie said, "Hey, it will be easier to just show you (in the water). Do you want to go fishing right now?" Lane already had them packed, and they left - about a three hour drive.

Cousin Time and Great Wolf Lodge

Faith and Hannah had a "sleepover" (as my girls say) with us and Toby just joined right in! He would scooch up next to Faith and then scooch back- it was so cute! They are watching Little House on the Prairie.
He won't let anyone help him eat anymore! He did pretty good with his oatmeal!

We went bowling at the joint reserve base with kids and teens from church. We had a great time. Faith got the highest score on our lane! Hannah wanted Aunt Jo to help her bowl- I was happy to help!

Here the teens are teaching them the potato chip song.

Mark and I took the girls to Great Wolf Lodge yesterday and today (Toby stayed with Cheri). We had so much fun playing together! "There's nothing to be scared of here- just trust in mother nature!" That is the catchy song the characters sing at the bedtime show.

Lazy River

Toby missed his sisters so he spent some quality time with them tonight. And NO- my kids really don't watch that much tv, I just seem to get the cutest pictures of them when they do.

Happy Father's Day, Tim!

We celebrated early since Tim is leaving town. Mason and Mallory are blessed with an incredible Dad!
Ammunition and targets.....he is a happy man!

VBS

One more Cousin!

Abby Kate took these pictures of me, girls, and my crazy jump!
Okay, in the post below, I have the other 3 blondes by themselves, and saved this one of Shelby by herself because it's so her! Before she could swim, she had to play with Max, Bob & Linda's dog....

Sweet Shelbs!

Cousins Play

We picked up Abby Kate and Shelby this afternoon..met Jo 1/2 way....when we came home, we rode bikes (see below) then before we headed to the pool, we got snowcones near our subdivision.
Trying out all the different modes of transportation from our garage!
This is funny, b/c I took this picture (they're on our shed by our house) right about the time Jodi was leaving me a message, telling the girls she loved them...
This dove is on the cabinet that is outside, by the pool and Bob and Linda's house, and she's sitting on these eggs..
Have you seen more precious girls? or more inviting pool water?
Sweet Faith

Sweet Abby Kate!
You have to love the goggles look! (Hannah)
What a blessing!!!

Kennel Duty

Okay, my computer is going crazy, it won't let me upload 2 CUTE videos, nor am I able to get rid of the extra spaces in between pictures! Anyway, Corbin rigged up a very clever way to allow the children into the pens to clean- WITHOUT the dogs in there- just take a really long pole and block the entrance and voila! you've got an empty run!!! Also, he pushed the food bowls in with a broom, the dogs LOOK cute.....but.......you never know;)

So, Anmer had some fun with putting the pictures on Smilebox. And, Blogger has changed it's templates, so in the process of changing the background, we adopted a new look- I hope it is okay with you all, I don't think the old style is available anymore.
