One of my very, very, very favorite parts of homeschooling is watching my children learn to read...priceless!!
Andrew asked to try a coconut, so we bought a fresh one at the grocery store. Ever try to open one of those suckers?? I read "directions" from a recipe book I have...not exactly successful. So, Corbin got creative! The juice was ok, I actually really liked the meat of it!! Needless to say, it's not on Andrew's list of favorite foods:)
