Birthday girl, one of her birthday gifts is her sweatshirt which reads: "Here is one little girl who would rather jump fences than skip rope".
The Inner Harbor in Baltimore, the ship in the background is the USS Constallation, and for Cub Scouts, Corbin and Andrew slept on the old boat for one night last year (in November...brrr...).
