We had a great day today, celebrating Thomas's seventh birthday- he wanted a birthday brownie, and this is the seven cut out of it.Okay, poor little guy got stung by a nasty wasp yesterday, ON THE FOREHEAD above his left eye- he woke up this morning with his eye swollen shut!! He said it didn't hurt and he just went on and enjoyed the day the best he could!
One of his favorite ways to play lately is to pretend he's a G.I. Joe/hunter/army guy. He really enjoyed his new cammie clothes and gun.

We had a great time watching him "build" his puppy, Alex at the Build A Bear in the mall.
We had a great, great day- we loved having Lainie here to celebrate with us, too!!! I must admit, though, I felt a little sad because Thomas is growing so big, and 7 is a "big" boy!!!!! (What I mean is that 6 yrs old still seems "little", but 7 doesn't!) PRAISE THE LORD for our precious, healthy family!
